Goods Receipt Verification
A clear inspection structure guides your employees step-by-step through the incoming goods inspection process. All relevant specifications, drawings and documents are already integrated into the inspection order, providing your employees with additional information during the inspection. CASQ-it IGI directly captures measurement values from connected gauges and integrated measuring machines.
The inspection result, including usage decision (approved, rejected, special approval, or conditional approval), is automatically reported back to the ERP system.
Using the feature for goods incoming inspection based on morphological characteristic categories, you can significantly reduce inspection effort, as one representative characteristic is selected and inspected on behalf of several related characteristics. If no defect is detected, the inspection is completed after just this one step. This saves both time and cost.
