For task processing, CASQ-it TMS provides all relevant information: with just one click, you can access the associated record in the CASQ-it module that triggered the task, ensuring you have direct and complete access to all necessary details.

Web-based task processing ensures your employees remain flexible: they can manage their assigned tasks from anywhere via web browser, without the need for additional client installation.

The progress calculation shows how far a task has been completed, with the percentage of completion displayed for each action based on a predefined or custom evaluation scheme. If deadlines are at risk, you will be notified immediately by automatic status emails from CASQ-it Event Service, allowing you to respond quickly.
