APQP stands for seamless communication and complete information transparency. All stakeholders are kept up to date on their tasks, deadlines and statuses — anywhere and anytime through a web browser. Each project participant submits feedback on their activities through their personal to-do lists in the browser. Supplier feedback is re-imported as sub-projects in standard formats, while customers receive status reports as printouts or exports. All information and documents — including those from DMS systems, server directories, other CASQ-it modules and ERP/PPS systems — are centrally accessible through APQP.

The intuitive Gantt chart and to-do lists in CASQ-it APQP come with an integrated notification and correction system. Traffic light colors provide instant visibility into risks that could jeopardize project success.
