Drawing on past project experience, inquiries can be reliably assessed in advance — providing planning security for Sales, Development and Executive Management. For a quick and efficient kickoff, process steps, checklists, planning schedules, milestones and required documents are already pre-defined. Customers, account managers and suppliers are directly involved in the project — supported by numerous languages at the same time.
Resource Management
With the integrated resource management tool, staff shortages are avoided right from the outset and unsolvable tasks are flagged even before the project starts. This ensures reliable bottleneck monitoring without any extra effort. In CASQ-it APQP, you get real-time insights into personnel deployment and potential overloads with no need for additional data entry. Using the project plan and feedback from project participants, the system automatically calculates the workload for each employee — and by extension, for each department.
Project Feedback
APQP stands for seamless communication and complete information transparency. All stakeholders are kept up to date on their tasks, deadlines and statuses — anywhere and anytime through a web browser. Each project participant submits feedback on their activities through their personal to-do lists in the browser. Supplier feedback is re-imported as sub-projects in standard formats, while customers receive status reports as printouts or exports. All information and documents — including those from DMS systems, server directories, other CASQ-it modules and ERP/PPS systems — are centrally accessible through APQP.
Project Monitoring
The intuitive Gantt chart and to-do lists in CASQ-it APQP come with an integrated notification and correction system. Traffic light colors provide instant visibility into risks that could jeopardize project success. The Gantt chart highlights missed deadlines, critical warnings, bottlenecks and incomplete checklists.
Apart from this, CASQ-it APQP sends automatic email alerts whenever project success is at risk. At the same time, any project changes or corrections are immediately reflected in the employees' to-do lists.
