Calibration of measuring equipment:
In addition to managing standard gauges, CASQ-it GMS also supports the management and calibration of measuring equipment for electrical quantities. Inspection fixtures are managed as separate measuring instruments under a single master data number, ensuring maximum transparency and traceability.
Gauge Capability Studies

To rule out systematic errors during measurements, CASQ-it GMS monitors and documents the reliability of your measurement systems using standards-compliant capability studies according to MSA.
Standards-compliant methods:
The software provides standardized procedures such as capability studies according to QS-9000 MSA, including R&R, A&R, GR&R and ANOVA studies, as well as attributive studies.
Capability study data can be conveniently captured via direct gauge connection, QDAS interface or manual entry.

Calibration Data Exchange
Seamless collaboration with external calibration service providers:
Fast and secure data exchange with external calibration providers is handled through a standardized exchange format based on VDI/VDE 2623.
CASQ-it GMS automatically compiles the necessary data into an XML file for the calibration provider.
Direct calibration data transfer to the module:
Immediately after calibration, the service provider sends job details, inspection results and certificates directly to CASQ-it GMS via XML file, eliminating error-prone manual data entry and saving time by avoiding redundant input.

Traceability:
Comprehensive gauge analyses and reports provide continuous, up-to-date insights into your gauge inventory and ensure full traceability in compliance with ISO/TS 16949.
Gauge lifecycle:
