Shared Responsibility for Quality

A company-wide commitment

The quality of performance across all areas of our company is the foundation of our success ‒ and customer satisfaction depends heavily on this. Maintaining a high standard of quality is essential for the future of our entire corporate group. It secures both our continued existence and growth in an increasingly competitive European market, and strengthens our customers' trust in us and in our work.

Preventing errors and consistently eliminating root causes in every area is our highest priority in the pursuit of quality

Quality management and improvement are not the sole responsibility of specialists or individual departments. They are the responsibility of every single employee. Fostering strong personal commitment requires understanding, awareness, and alignment with the principles of our quality policy. Active collaboration at every level is the foundation of our efficiency and success. The commitment and cooperation of managers and employees within and across departments are expressly encouraged and actively supported.

Every employee has both the explicit right and the responsibility to report any issues that stand in the way of maintaining our high quality standards.

These may include, for example:

  • Organizational obstacles
  • Missing qualifications
  • Lack of information
  • Inadequate workplace equipment
  • Insufficient inspection mechanisms
  • Issues affecting the work environment or culture
The structure and methods that underpin our quality policy are defined and detailed in the Quality Management Guide. All managers play a key role in implementing these principles and are responsible for communicating them to their teams. All members of management explicitly commit to upholding this quality policy. They ensure that all employees understand the importance of an effective quality management system and that the contents of the Quality Management Guide are implemented as described.

Every quality issue or identified error is a chance for us to innovate.

Every employee is therefore encouraged to identify risks and quality issues so that we can initiate improvement measures. In addition, all employees are expected to follow established procedures and contribute to developing new ones that help minimize the risk of quality issues.

We continuously develop our quality management system based on the opportunities and risks identified throughout the organization. This ensures we consistently pursue our shared quality objective: achieving high customer satisfaction and maintaining a high standard of quality throughout the company.

Our continuous certification, maintained since 1995, reflects our commitment to quality. In the spirit of continuous improvement, we also view this as a lasting commitment to our customers.
