Improved efficiency and a better overview: The CASQ-it quality management software optimizes the structure and implementation of Process FMEA (p-FMEA) through a range of new functions, thus making it easier to act in line with the AIAG & VDA Handbook.
The focus of this new functionality is on mapping the entire production process, including all the product and process characteristics of the individual production steps. The results are mapped in a flowchart and imported directly into the Control Plan.
Creating a p-FMEA has never been easier: These optimized basic functions facilitate the creation of new FMEAs by pulling on existing basic FMEAs. This not only renders the process much more efficient, but also integrates the most important lessons learned from previous p-FMEAs. These new findings are incorporated into the basic FMEAs and are available when future FMEAs are created.
The optimized method of displaying the risk matrix in the new version, CASQ-it FMEA 8.4.1, provides a clear overview and contributes to being able to quickly identify failure effects and their severity. The new version allows failure effects to be displayed more simply using a traffic light function and also makes it easier to export the risk matrix – for example, into an Excel table.
