Detailed determination of root causes during the audit process to achieve a higher level of effectiveness: Via a new function, CASQ-it now also imports the tried-and-tested Ishikawa/5 Why methodology into post-processing in the auditing system.

The Ishikawa diagram, which is an effective component of the seven basic quality tools (Q7), is already familiar to many CASQ-it users from the CMEA complaints management module. Also known as a fishbone or cause and effect diagram, this quality management tool allows you to visualize problems, thus supporting the problem-solving process to render it more comprehensive and effective.

Targeted methodology – sustainable success

The Ishikawa/5 Why methodology in CASQ-it AUDIT can be flexibly applied to each individual finding within an audit: For example, a detailed and accurate determination of the root cause can be performed for major deviations whilst continuing to use a simplified root cause analysis process – excluding Ishikawa/the 5 Whys – for first-time, minor deviations. Based on this new function, CASQ-it AUDIT makes it possible, by means of a practicable, recognized methodology, to consistently meet the requirements of your customers when it comes to the specific processing of findings – and to ensure that these are fully and successfully implemented. This will allow you to achieve even more transparency and greater effectiveness during the audit management process and in a sustainable manner.
