initial situation?

As part of its Industry 4.0 strategy, Aciturri was looking for a manufacturing execution system solution to track overall equipment effectiveness in real time, standardize data collection across various systems, and gradually digitize paper-based processes—particularly in quality and maintenance management. The goals were to improve information availability, increase process efficiency, and simplify documentation.
