The complaints templates built into CASQ-it CMEA provide effective support when entering complaints. Instead of having to create every single complaint from scratch, you can simply select a previously created template. You can create a template by preparing a complaint and then saving it as a template straight from the editing screen. All the fields of the complaints template can be pre-filled. Of course, you can adjust the details of the templates in arrears to account for individual complaints cases and combine these with other templates.

This allows you to put a complaint together in just a few clicks using different building blocks. The complaints templates can be assigned to different user groups and different areas of complaint. This means that the users only receive those templates earmarked for their particular areas.
